Legal Question in Banking Law in India
hello, i need a help i and my three friends deposited some money in a person's account.he had promised to give us a job in an mnc.. i know it was very stupid of us... now when we have come to know that he is making fool of us.so we want money back from him.but unfortunately we have lost the cash deposit slip. can there be any proof that we deposited money in his account?? we have some proof as facebook chat.

file a complaint for cheating with the police.
i am in agreement with Mr. Pawse. but you need proof for the same.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Based on the Police complaint, the bank can be requested to handover a photocopy of the deposit slip indicating that the amount was transferred from your Account to the accused person's Account.
