Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I give cheq to the bank agenst the loan of my wife i will repaymet the bank today now but the bank takes the action under sec 138 against me & my wife. What can i do?

you have to face it and if you make the payment before serving the notice then the proceeding will be quashed.
