Legal Question in Banking Law in India
please guide
As i have resigned from a bank after six month duration; but my bank kept paying salaries into my staff bank account for three additinal months after resignation. I did not tell them to pay salaries neither did I inform them that they were still paying monthly salaries into my account. Now from last three months my ecs and emi are been debited from that account. As i have used some of money also. Now bank come to know and the freezed the account. So i am also willing to return their money used by me since after the resignation. Please advise. Thanks.

Re: please guide
If the debits relating to ecs or emi or not authorised then no matter the credit was to be done or not, you can claim the debits made on account of ecs/emi. Other than that if you want to pay back, then where and what is the dispute
Re: please guide
where is the problem
if u are ready to return then talk to the person concerned and pay the money
so far as ur ecs is concerned and emi talk to them about this too and i think that they can not deduct it
i am not sure right now
but i know that talk to them and the matter will be sorted out
i can give the no. of the person who will guide you properly in this matter and tell me if u need it
