Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hello..I did mu B.Sc Visual communication with educational loan. It has been 2 years since I finished college. I am still working as a trainee with a photographer and get paid only a very meager amount. My dad's earning is just good enough to run the family. I haven't paid a single penny in return to the bank. The loan amount is 1.5 lacs. The bank guys keep calling me every week to repay the amount. I explain them my situation but it is not helping my situation and threatening me to take legal action. How should I handle this situation ?
