Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hello,

My father was working in Nationalised bank . A chagre was kept on him for fraud case in 1984 , though he ws not involved in it. He was suspended in 1990. and all his PF and graduity was given to him and case to handed to CBI. At last after 25 years he won the case nad court has not kept any charges on him.

The query what I have is can bank give him any compensation or Suspensation allownace, as there is no fault of him . can he will be able to re join his service. lease do guide me.

His entitlement for back wages and arrears of pay etc. may depend upon the Judgement passed in the case.

You have written he was suspended & given PF Gratuity etc. which is contradictory.Unless your father was compulsorily retired an/or he attained the age of superannuation, he cannot be given retirement dues.
