hello,
my friend is a business man he borrow money from me .
he need money so he gave me jewerally and borrow money i give him 1.5lac and jewerally is worth 70-80 thousand
now he disapper his phone is closed
and when i go his home his father said dont know where he is..and i BEDAKHAL him from the property
his cheques bounces
what should i do i have cheque and stamp
