Hello,
Please help me i want to file a case on company behalf of bounced cheque.. and if i'll send notice to them or they have changed office so which kind of action can take.. or what will be happen... because now i don't have new address of them...

Last known address of the company is good enough for service of summons to the Directors etc. .Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services rendering for our clients from all over the World.
it is advisable to send notice to the present address of the company if it can be found. non service of notice may prove fatal to your case.
