I want to say, this month 4/2/2013 i have deposit cheque amount 1160. but now show CHQ RET EXCEEDS ARRANGEMENT. kindly confirm me what is this cheque rate exceeds.cheq.no 068811 punjab national bank

It is very clear - that there is not sufficient balance and there is no arrangement for fund which the account holder has made with the bank, therefore the cheque is returned.
