Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi,
Due to some personal finance problems my father has made a gift deed of my existing home on my name in the year 2009, and I have taken a Mortgage loan and currently its been running since October 2009.
My question:
We have closed the existing home loan and then went for Gift deed and now having a Mortgage loan on the same property.
In this situation can any bank offers me a Home Loan by converting the existing Mortgage loan, so that it will not be a burden for me and my family?
Regards,
Vikaas
