Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hi,

I was in home loan agreement with one of biggest private bank, eventually loan was cleared and my home loan account was closed too, but bank is not returning my home original documents and link documents that are handover to bank, its been over six months, i am tried of calling the bank, going to branch and sending e-mails over internet bank.

Please advise me what is the best way to sue the bank and how can i recover my financial damage.

it may be so that they lost the documents. you may send a legal notice notice in that regard and in case they have not lost it, you would get them back.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A POSITIVE RESPONSE TO A NOTICE TO BE SENT TO THE cHAIRMAN OF THE BANK, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BANKING OMBUDSMAN OF YOUR REGION, DETAILS OF WHICH YOU CAN GET FROM RBI WEBSITE.
