I AM PARTHA from kolkata,i have taken 1,50,000 loan from some bank and have paid 10 emis after that i ahve lost my job and not able to pay since then,now my financial condition is bit ok and i want to start repayment of my emis,i have contacted my bank regarding this but they are asking me to pay full in one time which i am unable to do that,plz tell me in this case can i take any legal help from court

you may wait n watch. when the bank files a suit for recovery, you may show your inability to pay the same in lump sum and pray the court for EMIs.
