Legal Question in Banking Law in India
hi
i have a personal loan in my name and due to financial problem i have missed out some of emis,but now i am paying emis continiously for last 5 months and will continue also.my question is that whether bank can file a complaint against me under section 420 and 406 for my pending emis?

If you making regular payments, there may no occasion for the bank to file any case. However, you should settle payment of the missed EMIs by mutual agreement with the Bank.
