Hi,
i have received a cheque from our party without a/c no, by mistake i have produced it to our canara bank they sent it to clearing house & after returning it canara bank has deducted bouncing charge from my a/c

canara bank cannot be faulted to levying bouncing charges. address letter by RPAD to drawer to pay you the cheque amount plus return charges within 15 days, failing which take proceedings against him under Sec.138 of the N.I.Act
