Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi,
I have a Reliance Netconnect account. Someone had deposited Rs. 3900/- cheque in my account and that checque was bounced. So the Reliance fined me Rs.100/- for the same. Can u guide me, what actions I can take against that person who deposited the cheque?

if the person who deposited the cheque is really due to you the amount of the cheque, you can proceed against him under Sec.138 of N.I.Act. If not take action for fraud against him and for damages.
