Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi . I was holding a credit card in 2002-04 and had a balance payment to the tune of 50000 rs. i left India after that. now the bank is asking me to pay a huge amount. i'm not in India and dont plan to come for now. what can i do to avoid this.
