i have taken a home loan but i am unable to repay the loan due to ill financial health..my case has been a NPA now..i want to save the property..can i save my property if i want to transfer the account in my wife's name

Either you or your wife needs to pay the dues on time, and pay the past installments; if you want to save the property.
