Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have taken housing loan from one private bank and it is proper running but also got the Personal Loan (5 lacks) and after some days it is defaulter. but after 5 yrs he come to home and block my housing NOC. and saying balance PL 8lacs with interest & charges. i want to do with settlement but saying i can't done it. can u suggest me i can assist any lawyer or not. Pls tell me. Also Main Holder is not there. thanks
