Huf as a borrower
Please advise me the procedure for getting the documents executed by huf for granting loan by a bank. How the documents to be executed and what extra precaution should be taken.

The bank will guide you about the necessary documentation. You need to have (a) PAN Number of HUF; (b) Rubber Stamp; (c) bank account.
You will be signing as Karta of HUF to execute necessary documents.
