can a huf immovable property be given in mortgage to a bank without signature of coparceners?

It depends upon the bank whether or not to accept an undivided half of a property on mortgage. They can do so, if the value of the property i.e. undivided half is sufficient enough to provide the margin for the loan.

it can be mortgaged by karta of HUF under certain circumstances.

under urgent necessity for HUF or for welfare of HUF the Karta has a authority to mortgage HUF property to the Bank without consent of other coparceners.
