i hve bank loans and the banks have issued warrants against me in india i am an indian but now i am going to america can i be arrested in the airport.. please answer me as soon as possible

Yes, you may arrested and if not, you may be declared a proclaimed offender. You should settle your dispute with the Bank before leaving.

First - it is the court which may issue warrant of arrest and not the bank. But if the warrants of arrest have been issued by the court, then yes you may be arrested if the airport police has the information about there being warrant pending against you.
