Legal Question in Banking Law in India
iam a defaulter of home loan which i took before 8 months, for which i had paid 6 months emi and from last two months iam unable to pay the emi and in near future i think i could not pay, so kindly advice the best solution the loan amount is around 2 crores and monthly emi is aroung 2 lakhs

Which Bank gave you the loan ? What were the terms and conditions related to your loan ? If you do not pay the emi ,the bank would sell your property and recover the loan amount. I need to know about the terms and conditions and what documents you had sighed before availing the loan ? maybe i'll help you.
