Legal Question in Banking Law in India
iam working as customer relationship executive in State bank of hyderabad on contractual basis but SBI has given permannet posting for the above posts in their bank but our people are not doing us .pls help in this regard

form an association of like contract employees, become member of the recognised staff/employee union of the bank and move them to raise an industrial dispute stating that the bank is indulging in unfair labour practices citing the precedent in SBI where they have absorbed the contract employees. If that does not succeed, file a writ petition in the High Court for regularization of employment.
