Legal Question in Banking Law in India
iam 80 years old lady.my son and his partner procured loan from the bank for petrol bunk.my private agricultural property is used as collateral security. i dont know english, they got my sign by fraud. they didnot repay. also sold the bunk. now the bank sues me . remedy?
