You cannot get the information from a Bank regarding a customer's transactions with them unless you were the customer. RTI Act does not apply to getting information personal of third parties

Contact the Bank personal and can enquire from there.Nevertheless,the stated details are confidential and a previlage of an individual so it can not be given to any private person.
