Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I had issued cheque to health insurance co and it got bounced due to insufficient funds but now i am ready to pay cash to Co,but they are not returning my bounced cheque?
Please advice the rights of my as i want back my cheque if i am paying cash is there any rule from RBI to insurance co not to give the cheques?
And please if they dont return my cheque then what legal action i can take?

you may consult a lawyer and send a legal notice to them. r u obtaining the receipt for cash.
