Legal Question in Banking Law in India
that i have issued my personal cheqes to garrentor, of my late fathers loan. and i have paid the amount as mentianed in the Cheque now they issued yhe ligal notice dy pressenting the Chaqe in the bank for recovery. What defence shoud i take?

Engage a good lawyer for the court concerned and prove by other evidence both oral and documentary that the debt for which the cheques were issued were paid off by you. No other solution is possible.
