Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have issued post dated cheques to vendors , they deposited in their bank before date of of cheque and the bank tooo cleared the cheques with out seeing the date , what action ,can i take

You can approach the consumer court and claim damages from the bank, if at all you have suffered any loss.

You have not mentioned the date. If your short of funds, you may claim credit from the bank for the gap period. If the time gap is really worth considering, you may claim damages for loss of interest from the bank.
