Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have joint a\c with my father, my father issued two check without my knowledge.
if the check bounced,than do i become responsible.

drawer of the cheque alone can be prosecuted. If the cheque issued by your father bounces, he can alone be prosecuted and not you.
