Kindly confirm me that the SARFAESI ACT 2002 is Apllicable in case if the property's papper are GENRAL POWER OF ATERNY ?

in case the GPA was accepted by the bank and was mortgaged, it is applicable.

If it is only General Power of attoney without the Agreement to Sell and WILL etc then only the original owner may object for the attachment
