1. Is there any rule/ Guidelines in banking if the saving account is closed after that What is the liabilities of check if the Check Get Returned From Banks after comment / Advice Note that is "ACCOUNT CLOSED".https://www.lawguru.com/answers/ask#

The payee of the cheque can prosecute the drawer of the cheque, if it is returned for the reason 'account closed.'
