Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Kotak Bank has debited Rs.1495/- as CPP(card protection plan) from my a/c without my consent. I noticed this after six months & talk to the bank. The bank has made reversal of only 50% amount & is not ready to make reversal of rest 50%.
Please advise- what should I do to get rest 50% amount?

Issue notice to the Bank Chairman to refund the other 50% within 15 days of the receipt of the notice. If he fails, file a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman of your Region. For making complaints to Banking Ombudsman, the addresses etc., access the RBI website.
