Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have taken land on lease of 20 years. 3 years completed. i have constructed godown on this land.
recently i came to know that my landlord has become defaulter and cooperative banker in process to attach same land and auction it.
Can they evict me from lease premises?
if yes, how they can attach my godown and material under the godown?

If it is a registered lease deed, the purchaser in the auction by co-operative Bank will have to take the property with the existing lease in your favour. Better consult local lawyer with spl. reference to local Rent/Tenancy Legislation of the State in which you have the lease.
