Legal Question in Banking Law in India
What is the legal action I can take against a NRI who borrowed money from me and given a NRO cheque and when i present , it got bounced? Can I suit a case against hime since he is a NRI residing at bahrain and now he is India?

You can file a suit against the NRI and get a decree and attach his assets, bank balance in India. if you have not take action against him within time under Sec.138 N.I.Act, the prosecution course is now not available.
