How to get legal heir certificate?
We (myself & two daughters) living in Kumaraswamy layout, Bangalore my husband passed away 6 months ago. Which is the office where we apply for legal heir certificate? What are the procedures?

You will have to apply to the Tahsildar of the Taluk within which the deceased last permanently resided. you can ascertain the address from Karnataka State Government, Bangalore area, taluk etc.,
