Re: Legal Heirs

Your mother, brothers and sisters if any and mother of your father, if surviving your father are all legal heirs. Apply to the Bank with two affidavits of respectable neighbours testifying to the legal heirs of your father as above and you with a surety offering to indemnify the bank on opening the locker(if the key is available with you) or breaking it open, if the key could not be found, taken an inventory for the contents of the locker.

Re: Legal Heirs

If Class I heirs are available, the Class II heirs cannot be included.

You, your brothers/sisters and your mother may be considered as his legal heirs to the exclusion of your grand mother.
