i got letter from lok adalat,i am not intrested for settelment in my bank loan because i alrady paid maximum intrest,so i m ready to face anyhing thruogh court,if i not going to the lok athalat what will happen,ple help me

Attend the Lok Adalath. Plead your case to recommend to the Bank to settle the matter, citing the payments made by you. This is an opportunity to get the dispute resolved without lengthy and costly proceedings. If no settlement is arrived at the Lok Adalath will itself advise the Bank to have it litigated in court.
