Legal Question in Banking Law in India
What happens to the limitation period of 30 days if notice u/s 138 NI Act send just two days before expiration of limitation period, is returned unserved with remarks "door locked" or "addressee changed his residence" ?

IF YOU SERVE THE NOTICE IN THE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS,THEN IT IS OK BUT IT IS BETTER FOR YOU TO SERVE THE NOTICE BY ALTERNATIVE SERVICE SUCH AS BY PUBLISHING NEWS PAPER.
