Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have taken loan from bank of amount (cash/credit) of Rs 500000/-.now the accout is under NPA.now the bank is claimed case against me of RS 65000/- under section 138. now suggest me what we can do

Probably the cheque you have given either blank or filled up for entering the EMI or monthly interest might have been filled by the Bank and after notice to you, they might have filed the case. If you do not owe that amount, contest the case through Advocate. Otherwise, approach the bank for compromise
