Legal Question in Banking Law in
i have taken a loan against property from icici bank, due to jobless i am not able to pay my emi for 10 month now icici handover or sell this loan to arcil and i contact twice to settle my loan but they are saying you have to pay the entire amount otherwise we will auction your property. My question is i have taken a loan from icici bank why arcil is negotiating.

ARCIL may be successor-in-interest of ICICI. You should try settle the matter with them if you want to avoid sale of yoru property.

you may have to approach the bank for settlement and ask them for discounted settlement.
