Legal Question in Banking Law in India
after lonching case of section138 I may face 2year or more jail but what if I may not able to pay bounce cheque amount (I don't have any source to arrenge)?

spend the time cooly in jail, if convicted and sentenced, if u r unable to pay the amount of the bounced cheque.
