Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hello Everyone i lost my job last year in jan and i had a personal loan of 150000 DHS i tried to find a job in dxb but i couldnt get one so moved to india but i am not in a position to pay them back i can pay them in emi please help me how can i come out of this debt i was insured i did not do it on purpose i want to repay the loan back

you need to contact a lawyer and he would send the appropriate legal notice or file a writ petition in order to minimize the harassment.
