Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i m Rajvijay 27 years old.i m nominee of fixed deposite of my grand mother in a grameen bank.my grand mother was demised last year.Now my uncle who is elder son of my grand mother gave application in bank against my claim of fixed deposit amount.tell me wat can i do for the claim.

You can also have a share in the fixed deposit from the share of your father. All the legal heirs of your grandmother have a right and share in the same.
