Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i m a tenant living in a residance since 2002, some day b4 a bank officers came to take a symbolic possesion of my owners flat .. but my advocate didnt allowed them to take an symbolic possesion of the flat???? my main question is that wht can b the next step of bank on the falt on which i m residing now.....

Better attorn to the Bank and pay them future rents. Get an order from DRT for protecting your possession as a tenant.
