Legal Question in Banking Law in India
A man has a fixed deposit of rupees 10 lakshs for a period of 5 years. he made a belief to his girlfried that she will get that amount after the maturity.
the man died. now both the girlfriend and his wife are claiming for the fixed deposit.
please advise briefly about this case.
