Is it mandatory to serve notice u/s 138 to the directors of company or notice only to company is sufficient?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Notice u/s 138 of cheque bouncing as per the Negotiable Instruments Act should be served on the Director's of the Company who were signatories to the cheque.

It is mandatory to serve the notice to the company and its Directors u/s 138 of NI ACT...........Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
you can serve the notice on directors and even if it is not served upon the directors, you can include the directors in your complaint.
