What is meant by "SURFAESI ACT". Please tell me the rules and regulations of the "SURFAESI ACT"

It is not SURFAESI ACT. The acronym is for "Securtisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (SERFAESI). Go to judis in nic.in. click the said Act and read it. Or get a copy of the Act from a Law book seller
