Legal Question in Banking Law in India
mera aur meri wife ka joint bank account "either or survivor" and joint locker "either of survivor" hai joki meri wife ne stop kara diya hai family dispute kahkar. Ab court ye dono kise degi waise paisa to mene kamaya hai aur uski detail bhi hai aur locker me jo jewer hai wo meri shaadi ka hai do ki taraf ka par uska uske pass koi proof nhi hai. PLEASE HELP ME.
