mere father aur mother ke naam se joint saving bank accout(either or survivor) tha. father ki death ke baad mother ne account se father ka naam delet karakar mera naam khud ke sath as a survivor add kara Liya. tatha ek application bank ko address karate hua usme likha ki account no.....mein deposite all amount ke liya mein mere bete(myself) ko apna uttaradhikary appoint karati hoon. wah original letter mere pass hai. tatha mother ki bhi death ho chuki hai. tatha account se bhi maine mother ka naam delet karakar deposite amount withdraw kar liya hai. Ab Kya mere aur brother Kanooni roop se mujhse apna share mang sakate hai ya nahin. Kyonki mere pass mother ka likha uttaradhikari hone ka letter hai.
