Legal Question in Banking Law in India
mere father or mother ke joit name se(either or survivor) saving bank a/c the. 2008 ko father ki death ke baad mother ne a/c se father ka naam delet karakar mera naam add(survivor) kara diya. 2009 mein mother ki bhi death ho gaye. kya ab deposite amount se mere aur brother legally apna share ki damand kar sakate hai.
