Legal Question in Banking Law in India
meri mother or mere naam se joint bank account (either or survivor) hai. bank account mein meri mother ke naam ke saath sur name nahin Likha hai jabaki mere naam ke saath sur name Likha hua hai. ab meri mother ki death ho chuki hai tatha unke death certificate mein naam ke saath sur name add ho gaya hai. kya is per bank ko koi objection ho sakata hai.
